The center is located on U.S. Route 1 (also called Baltimore Ave.)

From the Capitol Beltway:

If traveling north on Route 1, turn left onto Cypress Street, then an immediate left and into the Laurel Lakes Corporate Center parking lot; The center is located in the Chancellor's building, lower level. There is a sign on the roof of the building that reads Laurel Health Center. The center is located downstairs from this sign if you park on the upper level.

From Charles County (La Plata or Waldorf, MD):

Take Rt. 301 N. to Rt. 197 N towards Bowie. Turn left onto Contee Rd. Turn right onto Rt. 1 (also called Baltimore Ave.).  If traveling north on Rt.1, turn left onto Cypress St., then an immediate left and into the Laurel Lakes Corporate Center parking lot. The center is located in the Chancellor's building, lower level. There is a sign on the roof of the building that reads Laurel Health Center.
